My go-to place in Linguaglossa. The staff helped me out when there were technical issues during my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, spa, fitness center, pools. Can't wait to come back this weekend.

The buffet breakfast on the terrace was well-managed, with a great selection of dishes. The main restaurant was superb, offering high-quality food and exceptional service. the hotel facilities were superb and the location was perfect for exploring the Etna region.

The staff at this resort is incredibly professional and passionate about their jobs. Their smiling faces at every meal and their thoughtful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to organize transfers and tailor-made excursions for us, and even packed a doggy bag for our journey home. The hotel itself is beautifully situated in a nature reserve, offering a calming and peaceful atmosphere. The pool, although a bit chilly, is stunning, and lunch under the olive trees by the poolside is a heavenly experience. The food served at the restaurant is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, with excellent showers. The resort also produces its own outstanding wine and olive oil. We highly recommend this resort to friends and family. The entire experience, from the beautiful outdoor area to the jaw-dropping views to the friendly and welcoming staff, was truly exceptional.

The exclusive wellness path from 19. 30 to 21. 30 was so lit. We chilled in the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, feeling like total boss babes. The vibe was on point, perfect for us young party-goers. It was the ultimate relaxation sesh after exploring the nearby vineyards and hiking Mt. Etna. Definitely a must for a bougie getaway with your squad!
The only thing we'd ask for is more late-night party options at the resort. We had such a blast during the day, but we wished there was a happening bar or club where we could dance the night away.

The breakfast and the views were great. The location was convenient for our business meetings and the restaurant staff was friendly and attentive.
Our room was in need of some renovation. The bed was very uncomfortable and the noise outside kept us up at night.

The hotel's location boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding area, with guests enjoying proximity to Gambino Winery and a pristine territory. Rooms are generously sized, featuring luxurious showers and comfortable bedding. Facilities, including a pool and bar, are understated yet elegant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are generally friendly and professional, with several guests mentioning the helpfulness of breakfast staff.
Some guests have mentioned issues with limited staff availability and poor housekeeping, with some areas of the room not being adequately cleaned and some amenities not being restocked.

Great location close to town with free transfers, beautiful grounds, and amazing breakfast. The spa was a great way to relax during the cold weather, and we enjoyed the hot tub with its various water jets. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, and there was always room service available.
Some noise from kids' parties during the Xmas holiday was disruptive to the peace and quiet we were seeking. the hotel is not easily accessible without a car, and the taxi fares can add up over time.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the stunning view of the Etna from my luxurious and spacious room, fitted with exclusive amenities and all my needs catered for. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, ensuring my every request was taken care of. The spa and wellness centre provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with an array of treatments including full body massages. The pool with a view was a perfect place to unwind, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available in the garden area. The restaurant offered delicious cuisine with a range of special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was a great start to my day.
There was a minor issue during my stay, the sauna was out of order. Despite this, there were many other facilities available including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Neri. The room was incredibly comfortable, one of the best we've had anywhere, and the stunning views from our terrace were an added bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, with its delicious dinners and the sommelier's expert wine recommendations. We can't wait to come back and explore Mount Etna even more from this wonderful base.
One thing that could have made the morning meal even better was more freedom in selecting our own dishes. Instead of telling a server what we wanted, it would have been nice to have the option to choose from a buffet.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and our room exceeded our expectations with its beautiful decoration and stunning views from the terrace. The location was tranquil and the staff treated us with friendliness and warmth.
The one thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more variety and ensure that the buffet is regularly replenished.
